# List Monitoring watches

GET `/v1/watches`

Contract v1 / 1.0.0 62 / 2026-10-10

[Markdown](https://cryptanio.com/docs/reference/list-watches/index.md) [OpenAPI](https://cryptanio.com/openapi.json)

Watches of an accessible Monitoring project; project is required unless the key is project-scoped. Continue using next_before.

Key permissions: `watches` / read / `monitoring`.

## Parameters

| Parameter | In | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `project` | query | No | Project ID. Required for listing or creating watches unless the key is project-scoped. For other operations omission uses the operation's account/project context; set it explicitly.; `string` |
| `chain` | query | No | Network code filter.; `string` |
| `limit` | query | No | Page size: at most 200. Invalid values use the default; values above 200 are capped.; `integer` Default: `50`; minimum: `1`; maximum: `200` |
| `before` | query | No | Cursor from next_before or the last item's ID on the previous page; newest first.; `string` minLength: `1` |

## Request examples

Examples perform a real operation in your account. Set the environment variables named in the code. Keep your key private; write requests are not retried automatically.
