# Crear una vigilancia de Monitoring

POST `/v1/watches`

Vincula una dirección a un proyecto Monitoring existente con reglas independientes. Los proyectos se crean en Account. Una dirección puede utilizarse en distintos proyectos. Repetir una vinculación idéntica no constituye una API general para actualizar reglas; utiliza Account para cambiarlas.

Permisos de la clave: `watches` / write / `monitoring`.
