Payer agreement
You pay the recipient directly.
Cryptanio provides the technical connection, does not hold the funds and does not take over the recipient’s obligations to you.
Common terms
One common agreement, with a supplement for the payment type.
These common terms apply to every Cryptanio-hosted payment page. The supplement identified for that page applies in addition and changes only the matters it specifically addresses.
Version: 2026-09-15
01Agreement and parties
By using a Cryptanio payment page or sending a transfer based on it, you accept these common terms and the applicable service supplement. You must be legally able to make the payment.
The underlying purchase, subscription, donation or other arrangement is directly between you and the recipient. Cryptanio provides the technical interface and is not the seller, recipient or agent in that arrangement. The recipient’s own terms may also apply, but they do not create obligations for Cryptanio.
02Direct payment without custody
Cryptanio displays payment details and observes public blockchain activity. The transfer goes from your wallet directly to an address provided or controlled by the recipient.
Cryptanio does not receive, hold or control the funds or your wallet keys and cannot initiate, stop, reverse, recover, freeze or refund a blockchain transaction.
03What you must check
Before sending, check the recipient, purpose, applicable terms, asset, network, amount, address and fees. Blockchain transfers are usually irreversible and asset values may change. You are responsible for your wallet, transaction and compliance with law.
A status shown by Cryptanio is a technical observation of available network data. It may be delayed or change and does not prove that the recipient has performed its obligations to you.
04The recipient is responsible
The recipient is responsible for its identity and authority, the legality and accuracy of its offer, prices, taxes, goods or services, delivery, support, disclosures, cancellation and refunds.
Questions and disputes about the underlying transaction must be addressed to the recipient. Cryptanio is not required to decide a dispute, enforce either party’s rights or provide a refund, although it may provide technical records where appropriate and lawful.
05Protecting the service
Cryptanio may change, delay, refuse, limit or stop a payment page, status or related feature where reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, technical operation or protection of users and the service. Cryptanio may request information or restrict access, but is not required to investigate or approve every recipient or transaction.
The payment interface is provided without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. Data is handled under the Cryptanio Privacy Notice and applicable law.
06Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the payment interface is provided “as is” and “as available”. Cryptanio is not responsible for the underlying arrangement, the recipient’s acts or omissions, blockchain or third-party failures, payer mistakes, or indirect loss, lost funds, profit, data or opportunity.
Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, Cryptanio is responsible only for direct loss caused by its own conduct. Nothing removes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be waived, or any rights you may have against the recipient. Applicable law and the competent court are determined by mandatory legal rules.
Service supplements
The purpose of the page changes the additional terms.
A hosted payment page should show or link to the common terms and the one supplement that matches its payment type.
07Invoices and checkout payments
The recipient defines the order, price, product or service and delivery terms. A confirmed payment status reports blockchain activity only; fulfilment, invoice accuracy, cancellation and refunds remain between you and the recipient.
08Subscriptions
Cryptanio does not automatically debit your wallet. Each transfer requires the action supported by your wallet. The recipient defines access periods, renewal and cancellation, and remains responsible for providing or ending the subscription.
09Donations
A donation is a voluntary transfer to the recipient. Cryptanio does not guarantee the recipient’s status, use of funds, any reward or tax treatment. Any cancellation or refund must be agreed with the recipient.
10Payment links
The recipient creates the link and defines its purpose and any fixed or payer-entered amount. Availability of a Cryptanio link is not an endorsement or independent verification of the recipient or request. Verify them before sending.
