Terms of service
The main rules for access, crypto payments, service changes and responsibility. Effective 13 October 2026.
Agreement scope
These Terms are version 2026-10-13-1 and govern the website, account, API and other products or features provided through cryptanio.com. “Cryptanio” or the “service” means the cryptanio.com service and the operator administering it. By accepting these Terms or using the service after they take effect, you agree to them to the extent permitted by law. A separate written agreement controls only where it expressly says so. These Terms do not apply retroactively. Earlier acceptance of a different version does not constitute acceptance of this version.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it. You are responsible for your account, anyone you give access to and the accuracy of information you provide.
Cryptanio may refuse registration or request reasonable checks where needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention or protection of the service. You must protect access credentials and tell Cryptanio promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Cryptanio provides non-custodial software and information tools related to public blockchains, payments and connected workflows. Cryptanio does not hold or control your funds and cannot initiate, stop, reverse or recover a blockchain transaction.
The available features, networks, assets, integrations and limits are determined by Cryptanio and may differ by account, plan, location and technical or legal availability. Cryptanio is not a bank, wallet custodian, exchange, broker or investment, legal, tax, accounting or compliance adviser.
You are responsible for your wallets, transactions, addresses, data, integrations, decisions, taxes and compliance with law. Information from Cryptanio may be delayed, incomplete or affected by blockchain and third-party behaviour, so you must verify it before relying on it.
You may not use the service unlawfully or harmfully, violate third-party rights, evade sanctions, access another user’s data, interfere with the service, bypass restrictions, automate abusive traffic or test security without permission. Cryptanio may set and enforce reasonable usage rules in the service or its documentation.
You keep your rights in material you submit. You give Cryptanio a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free right to host, copy, adapt, transmit, display and otherwise process that material as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support and develop the service or comply with law. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for this.
Suggestions and feedback may be used by Cryptanio without restriction or payment. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Notice; public blockchain records remain outside Cryptanio’s control.
Current prices, included use, billing periods and other purchase conditions are shown before payment or in the relevant offer. Cryptanio may change them for future purchases or renewals and may correct obvious pricing or billing errors. Network, wallet, provider and tax costs are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Amounts may be shown in US dollars (USD) solely as a pricing and accounting unit. The credited account balance records prepaid Cryptanio services; it is not a bank account, a fiat balance or a wallet from which funds can be withdrawn.
Payments are accepted only in the cryptocurrencies and networks offered by Cryptanio. Blockchain transactions are normally irreversible, and paid amounts and credited balances are final and non-refundable. Refunds in cryptocurrency are not made, except where a refund and that method are expressly required by applicable law. If a refund is otherwise required by law or approved by Cryptanio, Cryptanio may determine an available method and deduct unrecoverable third-party costs to the extent permitted by law.
For security, legal, technical, operational or business reasons, Cryptanio may add, change, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of the service; change providers, networks, limits or eligibility; conduct maintenance; and refuse or delay an action that creates risk. Cryptanio decides how the service is operated and developed.
Cryptanio does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability, and no service level applies unless agreed separately in writing. Where mandatory law requires notice, a valid reason, continued access or a right to terminate after a material change, Cryptanio will provide it.
Cryptanio may investigate suspected misuse and may limit traffic, remove or restrict content, reject an operation, suspend features or close an account where it reasonably believes there is non-payment, a breach, legal or security risk, harm to others or a need to protect the service. Urgent action may be taken without prior notice where permitted by law.
You may stop using the service and cancel future renewal through the available account controls. Ending access does not cancel amounts already due. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability and dispute terms—survive termination.
Cryptanio and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, brand and materials not provided by you. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service while these Terms apply.
Blockchains, wallets, exchanges, data sources and other connected services are independent. Cryptanio may choose, replace or stop supporting them and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for their availability, conduct, terms, fees or losses they cause.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties. Cryptanio is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, data, opportunity or reputation. Its aggregate liability for a paid service is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Cryptanio against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service or your breach of these Terms or the law. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Cryptanio may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, risk or business. The current version is published here. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible or legally required; continued use after they take effect means acceptance where the law permits, and Cryptanio may require express acceptance before further use.
Mandatory conflict-of-law rules determine the applicable law and competent court. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through hello@cryptanio.com. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest continue; failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Cryptanio may transfer these Terms with the service to a successor operator where permitted by law.
